Exercise training always comes with a risk of injury. We always recommend consulting with your physician to get clearance for an exercise program. Age With Fitness is designed by a personal trainer with experience, and an orthopedic surgeon, with the knowledge that an aging body has some inherent weakness! Our goal is to guide you to healthy exercise, without injury. However, our recommendations are only that, without medical advice. We have to rely on your understanding of your strength, and your cautious advancement, and your careful avoidance of pain, or over-stress. We promise to not push you beyond your percieved barriers, and obviously, therefore, can not be responsible for any injury. Our goal is a slow and steady (and cautious) advancement of your strength and associated muscle mass to help you live a more comfortable, confident, and extended life.
